A committed public servant and law enforcement professional, Keland Daniels brings a passion for leadership, community advocacy, and organizational development to the Foundation.
As a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Keland Daniels embodies the fraternity’s principles of Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service in both his professional and civic life. Under his leadership, Blue Culture Impact Foundation has expanded its scholarship programs and community outreach efforts, strengthening partnerships and creating impactful opportunities for underserved populations.

James Byers
Bro. James Byers serves as the Treasurer of the Blue Culture Impact Foundation, bringing over four decades of leadership, service, and financial stewardship to the organization. A proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. for 42 years, Bro. James Byers has dedicated his life to the principles of Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service.
A United States Army veteran, James Byers exemplifies discipline, integrity, and commitment, values that have guided his career in both military and civic service. His extensive experience in organizational finance and community engagement ensures that the Foundation remains fiscally responsible while advancing its mission to support educational and cultural initiatives within the community.
In his role as Treasurer, James Byers oversees the financial operations, strategic planning, and compliance efforts of the Foundation, safeguarding resources that empower scholarships and outreach programs aligned with the mission of the Kappa Theta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
Geri Lea
Bro. Geri Lea serves as the Secretary of Blue Culture Impact Foundation, bringing energy, organization, and entrepreneurial insight to the team. A dedicated Personal Trainer and business owner, Geri Lea is passionate about wellness, personal development, and empowering others to reach their fullest potential.
In addition to his role with the Foundation, Geri Lea currently serves as the Chair of the Bigger and Better Business initiative for the Kappa Theta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. In this capacity, he champions financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and professional growth within the community.
