James Byers serves as Vice President of the Blue Culture Impact Foundation, bringing over four decades of leadership, service, and financial stewardship. A U.S. Army veteran and proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. for 42 years, he embodies discipline, integrity, and a lifelong commitment to Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service. His extensive experience in finance and community engagement ensures the Foundation remains fiscally responsible while advancing scholarships and cultural initiatives. In his role, he oversees financial operations, strategic planning, and compliance, safeguarding resources that support the mission of the Kappa Theta Sigma Chapter.

Germanuel Lea serves as Secretary of the Blue Culture Impact Foundation, bringing organization, energy, and entrepreneurial insight as a dedicated personal trainer and business owner focused on wellness and empowerment. He is the Chair for the Bigger and Better Business initiative for the Kappa Theta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., championing financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and professional growth. Keith Wilson
Keith Wilson serves as Treasurer of the Blue Culture Impact Foundation, brings decades of financial leadership, integrity, and service to the organization. He recently retired from Federal Service after 10 years of dedicated service with the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), where he faithfully served as a civil servant. His extensive experience across banking, finance, and government operations, combined with a lifelong commitment to service, makes him a trusted steward of the Foundation’s mission and resources.
