2025 Scholarship Recipients
Jotan Johnson
My name is Jotan Johnson, and I am a proud graduate of Warren Central High School. I am currently attending the University of Indianapolis, where I am majoring in Criminal Justice with minors in Race and Ethnic Studies and Sociology. I am deeply passionate about understanding the social issues that impact people’s lives and developing the skills needed to mentor youth, build trust, and make a meaningful difference in the community that raised me.
After completing my undergraduate degree, I plan to pursue a Master’s Degree in Sociology, with the goal of using my education to create lasting, positive change within my community while serving as a member of law enforcement.
Myles Edwards
My name is Myles Edwards, and I am a proud graduate of Pike High School. I am currently attending Purdue Fort Wayne, where I am majoring in Computer Science. During my time in college, I have continued to build on the academic foundation I developed in high school by challenging myself, staying involved, and sharpening my technical skills.
As I continue my academic journey, my goal is to grow both intellectually and professionally, preparing myself for future opportunities in the tech industry. My academic goal is to earn my Master’s Degree in Computer Science by 2027 and position myself for long-term success in a rapidly evolving field.
Ajani Sanglton
My name is Ajani Singleton, and I am a proud graduate of Anderson High School. I am currently attending Ivy Tech, where I am majoring in General Studies. Through my coursework, I am building a strong academic foundation while exploring subjects that sharpen my communication, critical thinking, and media awareness.
My long-term goal is to study broadcasting and launch a career in sports broadcasting. I am passionate about sports, storytelling, and the energy that comes from connecting fans to the action. Whether interviewing athletes, providing commentary, or reporting from the sidelines, I want to be a voice that informs, excites, and inspires.
